Royal Mailz Terms

By registering for Royal Mailz you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Royal Mailz, you may only register for one Royal Mailz account.

You may not promote Royal Mailz in a way that could be considered spamming.

You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Royal Mailz in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Royal Mailz account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Royal Mailz. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Royal Mailz is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to Royal Mailz, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Royal Mailz account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PTP sites.
*Royal Mailz has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.
Refund Policy

*Due to the nature of the Business Royal Mailz has a strict NO REFUNDS Policy.

Only if we were unable to provide you with your Purchase would a rebate be considered

EMAILS
By joining Royal Mailz , YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER REFERRAL EMAILS AND SOLO ADS. FROM ADMIN & FROM MEMBERS of Royal Mailz

Please add @mastermailers.com to your address book and mark all emails from Royal Mailz as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Royal Mailz promotions or anything that Royal Mailz needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed - Please use Gmail Only On Sign Up

If your email address bounces or sends back to Royal Mailz a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

Liability
Royal Mailz is an information marketing tool used to help it's members on the Internet. Royal Mailz does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from Royal Mailz. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Royal Mailz. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Royal Mailz liable for any items or policies.

SPAM
Royal Mailz has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include Royal Mailz name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or advertise it on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.
However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Royal Mailz in emails.

To falsify user information provided to Royal Mailz or to other users of the service in connection with Royal Mailz, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Royal Mailz name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.
